Parish Missions
The typical parish mission is on Discipleship and how to go deeper in our relationship with Christ. Included is speaking at all of the Masses the weekend before, then speaking on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings.
ME25 Surveys
The service involves three portions:
- Helping set the stage for the most effective survey;
- Analyzing the results of the survey and understanding it within the context of the parish;
- Putting the results into an action plan for the future.
Strengths Coaching for Groups or Individuals
Typical coaching is for a group such as a Pastoral Council or Parish Staff to see how they can grow together. Other times individul coaching is available for pastors and/or key leaders.
